Relationship counselling allows you to become aware of the dynamics within your various relationships. Patterns of behaviour and interactions can lead to either positive or negative outcomes for the relationship. Exploring these interactional patterns, provides further knowledge and understanding of the similarity or differences in your values and beliefs.

Relationships are often difficult to navigate. We spend the majority of our waking moments in the company of others. It is therefore not surprising that difficulties arise within our relationships with partners, spouses, parents, siblings, work colleagues and even our children.

We aim to help people understand interactional patterns, provides further knowledge and understanding of the similarity or differences in your values and beliefs. Together, we will work through our negative habits, teach better methods of resolving conflicts and miscommunication, and encourage caring and positive behaviours.

It is these differences, if not recognised, discussed and negotiated, that can lead to stress, distress, unrest and conflict within the relationships. Choices can then be made, where appropriate or desired, that will increase our ability to respond rather than react to circumstances. Caring habits are encouraged, thereby reducing our reaction to blame.

There are other times where it will be necessary to work towards an amicable leaving or separation. Letting go to move towards a new beginning can take time, commitment and a wish for a life with ease and ongoing success.
