Counselling and Therapy is a process which brings about positive awareness and change in our lives. It allows you to build positive coping skills and positive thinking, allowing you to heal from past trauma.

Counselling and Therapy can be used to process issues such as anxiety, abuse, addiction, depression, eating disorders, grief, isolation, loss, relationship breakdown, self-harm, stress, suicidal thoughts and trauma. Together, these issues can be explored and worked through in a safe, non-judgemental, confidential and caring environment. This process aims to empower each and every client to become their own best expert, as well as the best person they can be.

Our approach to Counselling and Therapy is client centred, based on the existential and humanistic principles of choice, autonomy, personal responsibility, freedom and meaning. We integrate human lifespan development theories, to support issues and negative repeated patterns that arise and impact our attachment within relationships. We then further facilitate these explorations, using a mindful body approach. These interventions increase awareness and give a greater understanding to the importance of mind, body, soul and spirit connection.
